How should you deal with people who are being mean/rude/deliberatly bitchy to you? How respond?

I'm talking about ppl who you live with and cant help but be around. I'm living at home while i look for a job and both my dad and 16 year old sister are horrible with me. They swear at me, yell at me, insult me, and say totally incorrect things about me and about the arguument at hand... that make me feel the need to yell back and correct every wrong thing and warped/non-logical thing they say. fights literally can start from something small (like tooth floss, the other day or saying "could you speed it up" today) and theyll escalate into violent fights. i nvr start them. but its so frustrating... all the mean, immature and incorrect things they say. and theyll nvr be the one to end it by being quiet. theyll go on and on and on. How should i respond? how should i act? lately i've changed from withdrwing to stooping down to their level, just so i dont feel victimized like i have for my entire life. please help
