Is this guy a pedophile?

Im a 17 year old male who is involved with boyscouts. A few months ago a middle-aged guy(probably 55-60) came to our troop with his twelve year old son(wierd kid) who I am pretty sure is adopted. There's something off about this man, he doesn't have very good social skills, he does this wierd thing where he laughs at his own jokes, but he's always the only person laughing and there's just something strange about it. Although I've always thought this guy was somewhat wierd, recently I had a dream in which he aulted me in the woods. Ever since then i've been rather weary of this man. Earlier tonight at a scout meeting he came over to me and whispered something about a future campout in my ear. It wasn't really what he said that bothered me but it was how he did it. When he was whispering to me he got extremely close to my ear so that his beard and his lips were touching my ear at times. Also he kind of stroked my arm. Is this my imagination or what
