Laws of dating/kissing in florida.?

Heres the deal, When I was 14 I was dating a 17 year old. My dad was completely fine with it. He met him and told me he liked him. I had dated the guy for a while, and over one summer my dad went to his house and blamed him for my grades and my dad was cussing him out, and of course my boyfriend cussed and yelled back because he didn't see why in the world my dad would blame him, it wasn't his fault. I wasn't allowed to date him after that. Apparently my father thought that if he could cuss him out, then he could hit me. Which I know he would NEVER do. (Sorry if I sound like an infatuated teenager, lol) And I was curious if it was illegal for us to date or kiss now that he's 18, and i'm 15. And is it possible that my dad could send him to jail for kissing me?
