Im 16 and i think im getting hot flashes?

so i always hear my mom say she has hot flashes cuz of menopause or whatever...but ive noticed i do too..obviously not menopause but i got sweaty/hot realll fast...like a lot. ill just be sitting there all of a sudden HOT FLASH..i start sweating ...sometimes for no reason then i look around and people look fine and im the only one sweating..not only does it happen when im nervous but sometimes is jst randomly happens??why is that
