Hair sticks to polar fleece - any method to removing it?

I love to wear the polar fleece tops, sweaters, vests, jackets etc...but I am forever pulling lots of long strands of my hair off, as it sticks very badly to the polar fleece. I wash my fleece often, and put bounce sheets in the dryer but when I put them back on I find lots of my long hair on them still. Any way to get rid of the extra hair on my polar fleece?
