Rate my Chaos Deck (YuGiOh)?

I give it an 8, you have a good set-up, but you need to replace certain cards, like monster reborn isn't allowed in major tournaments anymore, so you need another back-up from it, I know you have call of the haunted, but you really have no other way to bring back powerful monsters, but you have a good rate between monsters and magic/spell/trap cards, I know my deck is no better, but I like to just look at spares and try them out, so my deck is changed often
