I am being sued for credit card debt but don't know what credit card. Can they provide a copy of my statement?

I was served for credit card debt from MIDLAND FUNDING LLC ignee of OCIATES on 2/16/09 . I don't even know what credit card they are suing me for. They said that it was a Visa card that I opened on May. 21, 2001. From what I can remember I stopped paying my credit cards 3 years ago after I split up with my ex husband because I couldn't pay my bills and credit cards on my own. Can I request proof of doents or my signature that I opened this account? I appeared in court this ped Monday to file my answer in writing with the clerk and I wrote that I acknowledge my debt and want to do an "out of court settlement". I called the plaintiff's attorney today to try to make a payment settlement and she said that I couldn't make $20, $40, $200 payments. She started yelling at me and said that this is the reason why I am being sued...for not paying my debt and just hung up on me.
