Should i have the TB tester thing?

none of my friends are having it, you know the tester thing with the 6 needles in your wrist or something, well i was thinking i would have that and see what happens from there and my friends are like im not having it and im like okaay :S but i want it and everything but hardly anybody that i know is having it? Do yoiu think i should bother?
